SortingWhen orders are returned, we carefully opening and inspecting the items. We report you as to the condition of the merchandise, determine what should be done with the inventory, and we handle the shipping of new orders to your customers if necessary — all while keeping you informed.

Storage
Once these checks completed, we store the received goods in our warehouse. (We either destroy, re-stock or return to you (or your manufacturer) the returned items)
